What was the highlight of Bel Air Collection Resort and Cancun
Beach view and room was really good.
Beach view and room was really good. We had the one with hot tub and used it couple of times to escape from the rain and it was very relaxing. Deli shop oxxo right across the hotel was convinient. They offer free wine at the sunset view point on the top floor.. was good experience overall !
Variety of food wasn't so good. Maybe good for 2 or 3 days.. since they have just 3 restaurants.. Bathrooms have shower water spilling on the floor outside and can get very slippery..

We reserved the oceanview room.
We reserved the oceanview room. The view from our balcony was fantastic, The beach was beautiful. We liked the pool. The hotel staff were friendly. We did nit have any problem during check in or check out.
The hotel is a little far from the Ado bus terminal located at downtown Cancun. It took around 40 minutes by the taxi to get there.

The staff were great Great service overall Very nice venue Would recommend and come again
Everything was great until they changed the breakfast to a full buffet from December 24th. Before that, we could order something hot and I could order the things I wanted without meat.

Stay was okay, food wasn’t that great at all. Not really too many options.
View from my room was nice.
Not to many food options. All inclusive was only for certain times not all day. Staff wasn’t helpful at all. Told you nothing to do or how to get around. No options at all to enjoy especially being my 1 year wedding anniversary. Horrible.
